This Privacy Policy describes how City Media Group (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you use the CMG Facebook Post Scheduler application.

Facebook Page IDs and Page names you select inside the app
Access tokens required to publish content to your selected Pages
Local configuration such as schedule times, folder paths, and logs

How data is stored

The app primarily stores data locally on your computer. Access tokens are stored in local app storage. We do not sell or rent your information.

How we use information

To authenticate with Facebook and retrieve Pages you manage
To publish scheduled content to the Pages you selected
To provide logs and troubleshooting information inside the app

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate Facebook login and posting through Meta’s platform APIs.

Data retention

Data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove local data by deleting:
%APPDATA%\CMG.FPS.App

Your choices

You can disconnect Pages in the app to remove saved Page profiles
You can delete local app data at any time
You can request deletion assistance via email
